How far ahead should I order a party platter?
For large platters we recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead so our chefs can prepare everything fresh on the day. Order online or call your nearest store to arrange pickup.
What are your store hours?
Richmond: Mon–Fri 11:00am–8:00pm, Sat–Sun 12:00pm–8:00pm. Prahran & Hawthorn: Mon–Fri 10:00am–8:00pm, Sat 11:00am–8:00pm (Sunday Closed).
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-aware options?
Absolutely. Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan rolls and bowls, and our team can point out gluten-aware choices — just ask in store or check the online menu.
Do you cater for offices and events?
We do — platters are a favourite for offices, birthdays and gatherings. Send us a message with your date, headcount and pickup store and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer no-contact delivery from all three of our locations: Richmond, Prahran, and Hawthorn.
Do you offer catering?
Yes — freshly rolled sushi platters and party trays for offices, birthdays, weddings and functions of any size, from small team lunches to 100+ guests.
How much notice is needed for platters?
At least 24 hours for standard platters, 48 hours ideally, and 3–5 days for large functions of 50+ guests.
Do you make vegetarian & vegan platters? What about gluten-free (GF) options?
Yes — we offer dedicated vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free (GF) platters with tamari soy sauce available upon request.
Do you make party platters?
Yes — our Wabi Sharing Platter starts at 40 handmade pieces ($49), with catering sets up to 64 pieces plus sides.
